This game is great, the graphics, their theme music and everything was great. Only problem is that the controls can feel wonky at times. Say like, if I jump to avoid the obstacle in the way, then I would swipe up and Id still get hit. I think thats one thing this game needs to be approved on but over all, I still like this game.

The game is never clear on what the goal is, the beat matching is very hit or miss, and overall its just not fun. For my money, bite the bullet and buy Beat Hazard instead, its actually fun, you can play all your music without grinding to unlock spots for your songs and its a feast for the eyes as well.

Hate it and i dont know why.

Its a really fun and addicting but theres a couple problems with it. 1) Clean through and fix awkward areas 2) Better use of the beat of the song 3) Drop Prices 4) And add a difficulty choice setting also harmonix if you could do this add your own music to a game in the next gen rock band that would be soooo awesome

I like this game I just dont like how if you put a song from your iPod or whatever and finish it you cant delete it from the game. I just want that to be a option. Other then that its a fun game over all with cool character designs and over all great style to the graphics/ look.

When I had this on my old phone, I loved it! I still love it. The only problem is my game data was erased when I transferred to a new phone. Even though I synced it with my Facebook account, the only purchase I received back was my record doubler. Costumes, achievments, and characters were gone. I contacted the game support several months ago, and still havent heard anything back. Also, as someone else stated, the challenge feature is pretty much nonexistent. Despite all this, I still really love playing Record Run. Another update with fixes would be appreciated.

Just started, but its very amazing nevertheless!

I love the gameplay and how you can use your own music, but the cloud save option keeps popping up no matter what choice you pick. That and after an iPad restore it didnt save my purchase of Hip Hop Girl, refund please!!

Good concept, but it NEEDS a lot of work! Plus most songs on your list arent allowed to be used by the game cause of copyright concerns lol deleted!

In the process of trying to develop my own endless runner game, this was one of a multitude of others I downloaded for inspiration. This game immediately jumped out at me with its fun simple style, entertaining gameplay and simple controls! It only took a couple of play throughs before I was getting 4 and 5 star ratings on the songs. However, I was really interested to try out my own music. That is where the real fun began! I tried out stuff from Kiss from a Rose to Heavy Metal and Reflective! The game took it and made the music I love into a game that was even more enjoyable! I love this app and can’t wait to keep trying out more songs! The only thing I think I would love to see is the option to delete a song I’ve added after I’ve played through? I haven’t found a way to delete it unless right after you upload it.

every time i try to add my own music it say "song needs to be processed again" please fix and that 5th star is urs

The whole point of the game is to upload songs from your phones library to be used as music in the level. Unfortunately, the game doesnt let you upload songs anymore, as an error pops up every time. I loved this game, but without being able to upload background music, its pointless.

its my favorite smartphone game. but if harmonix is to expect people to buy VIP passes (the in-game currency) to keep playing with new songs, they need to update their game with new content. this feels like an abandoned project that could be pruned off the app store at any moment. ill buy VIP passes if you add more content after this nearly 2-year drought; ill have no problem with the song limit. give me a reason harmonix. i love you
