Needs some fixes

When I had this on my old phone, I loved it! I still love it. The only problem is my game data was erased when I transferred to a new phone. Even though I synced it with my Facebook account, the only purchase I received back was my record doubler. Costumes, achievments, and characters were gone.
I contacted the game support several months ago, and still havent heard anything back. Also, as someone else stated, the challenge feature is pretty much nonexistent.
Despite all this, I still really love playing Record Run. Another update with fixes would be appreciated.
